We are seeking for a few HR recruiter to work in Singapore, clients will be provided to you. All you need to do is to service the existing clients and source and hunt for suitable candidates and make recommendation to the clients.
Responsibilities:
- To coordinate recruitment activities.
- To source for suitable candidate & clients via online advertisement via Jobstreet, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Friendsters, blogging, email marketing and other high-technology software.
- To have coffee or tea with candidates to discuss their career path.
- To use multiple high-technology software to drive traffic, data mining, capture data and automation of task.
- To use C-Marketing, V-Marketing, T-Marketing and other proven formula to create flow of candidates.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Internet savvy.
- Love to communicate with people.
- Singaporean or PR only.
- Strong desire to be successful.
