Most of recruitment / search businesses start to die down in the month of December.
They get into the mode of parties and then they say to themselves in New Year’s Eve, one minute past midnight – “This is the year!”
And guess what happens? January the 15th, 20th, 25th.. motivation goes down and they get back to the same old dark days and the same crap happens.
