Conclusion: Who can bull shit the best. That's how you tell which company NOT to work for – when they choose the professional liar over the one most qualified. 90% of employers? Lol.

Is a little bit difficult ta really know what will be ok and not, it all depends on the person that is looking at your cv.you said keep it black and white and i just watch a video of a recruiter who said he loves to see a little bit of colors.

Most of the ideas he has on here, like the font size and keywords are accurate, but all those bullet points are unnecessary, should only be used on accomplishments.

I wanted to add: I really wish you would of included a link to the sample resume you used, I liked it a lot but cannot find it on the web. When a search of "Resume Template downloads" is done through google, the first few pages are nothing but only pay sites or build your own resume sites that require you to setup accounts, so they get your email address and spam you with endless sales.

You said you would make a part 2 to this but I see now this video is over 3 years old and you have only put out a few videos.
Anyways, I found your info helpful but I am not completely sure I agree with the 1 page deal, perhaps for new grads that might make sense but someone like me who has over 20 years of experience, that is really hard to do if even possible. My current resume is down to 4 pages, down from 6 and I have seen many Indian resumes that come into the IT world (which I work in) theirs are routinely 20 pages long.

I have been reviewing many of these types of videos, because I am out of date and trying to get back current in new practices for resumes and I am also in the job market once again. I am really tired of this blackhole of the Internet and applying for 100's of jobs online and not getting much feedback. I feel as though I am working 3 jobs by how much effort I have been putting into my job search this past few weeks, much more than I ever had to at an actual job, it is beyond retarded of the amount of time and effort put into getting a job now days compared to just a few years ago.

THE BEST: Thanks, job seeking has become so discouraging with all the tricks of manipulation to land a hire. A decade ago it was fine if you had the skills and was a great personality or fit for the job. Now it's so much to cheat the computer and the interviewer. People don't think about it, but in a few ways people in third world countries are more free than the West. I know it is a hard fact to swallow in a lot of aspects, because there is so much emphasis on structure that we as American are all trying to pursuit happiness.  And even if I am qualified for the position skillfully, I can easily be denied the job because the interviewer don't even like the way I look, or my sex( as a female) or I appeared too laid back etc…. and the division goes on and on it never stops to divide. My character and skills is what should matter more but this is not always the case.
