Today I am going to share a topic related to businesses for sale.

One of my clients asked me whether he should proceed with the purchase of this business. The business is actually a restaurant with about 2, 000 square feet in terms of size. The seller was looking to sell this restaurant, so this client asked me: “Is it worth buying this restaurant?” Then, I do a plot in terms of the chart, and from this chart, we can more or less have an overall understanding of the bigger picture or whether this deal is worth going for in terms of the business for sale for the restaurant.

How do we decipher this chart? So, what happened to that?

Qi Men Dun Jia is a divination tool that allows you to forecast what is going to happen in the near future. It is a very powerful tool if you know how to read the chart.

Generally, how do we look at the chart? We ask a question: “Is this business (the restaurant) worth going into? So, this is, generally, the question, and we need to know what the outcome is. And this is a chart:

The outcome usually will be in the Hour stem:

This is a “Ren”, and we have to look at where this “Ren” is located in the box. This is where the “Ren” is, and the box is going to tell us the outcome of the question.

If you look at box number 1, there are 3 signs: 9Earth, Obstruct, and Impulse. They are indirectly telling the seeker who is my client. It says that you should not be too rushed and too impulsive in making decisions. Of course, during this acquisition, there will be some obstructions along the way. Apparently, if I look at further details, this is a “Geng”. “Geng” is, generally, hot and rough. It is not going to be easy and smooth.

Therefore, the general outcome may not be promising. However, we also have to look at other sectors of this chart to see whether there is any sign to tell us what it is going to be.

In business, we always talk about profitability, so where is the profitability sign?

With profitability, we always talk about “Life” which is called “Sheng Men” in Chinese.

Is “Sheng Men” good or bad? How do we see this “Sheng Men” in the box?

We have to see the correspondent sign. That means we have to see the “White Tiger” (Bai Hu) and the “Bandit”. How do we decipher this?

If you combine the probability with a White Tiger, it also means that it is going to be

very profitable. However, this Bandit is also telling us that you are going to spend a lot of money. In conclusion, it means that you are going to spend a lot of money and make a lot of money.

Well, you have to decide whether you want to go about taking over this business for sale. However, there is something that we need to see very clearly in this situation. There is one circle over here.

There is a circle in the box. It tells us that the energy of box number 7 constitutes about 20% of the answer. It means that we are going to make a lot of profit and spend a lot of money, which is 20%.

So, to get the right answer to this, we have to go to the opposite box. It means that when there is an Emptiness (a circle), we need to go to the opposite box to see what is going to happen, and that constitutes about 60% to 70% of the energy. So, we have to look at box number 3. (We have to look at number 7 but most of the energy will be located in box number 3).

“Death” is telling us that profitability, by right, should be very profitable, but due to certain circumstances, an unknown force is going to be the death. “Death” is the worst scenario in any divination. If you see a “Death” in your divination chart, do not even attempt to go about this business.

As a holistic approach in terms of divination, we have some obstructions, and apparently, the seeker should not be too impulsive. And there is a “Death”, which means that the business is going to fail eventually, no matter what happens. Hence, I advised my client not to take over the business for sale in the restaurant. My client actually took my advice and decided not to venture into this business. Fast forward, six months later, and we were told that this business was actually closed down due to the fact that the boss had some financial issues in the market. It is also not very interesting because of some economic downturns and uncertainty in the market.

So, it is interesting to know about divination which is indirectly telling us that there is something going to happen next. Without telling us the details, but in a way, it gives us a signal.

In conclusion, the answer to this divination is do not go to buy this business.
