Qi Men Dun Jia Divination; Forecasting – (School & Exam). Will he be able to Enter university?

In this case study, I walk through a QMDJ divination reading about a career question.

This reading falls under job and career divination. The client, Mr. Joseph, asked about his son: would he pass the school exam?

This is the Qi Men chart:

There are a few things we need to do. Basically, we need to find out who the subject is. The subject is the son who is a junior. So, the son represents Hour stem.

The Hour stem is “Ren”. So, in this chart, we need to find where “Ren” is. It is in box number 2:

There is a “Rest” in box number 2, technically, it tells us that the person’s relationship with people is good. Although he can be a bit fierce, he is very hard-working. “Diplomat” is somebody who is very hardworking. He likes to work, although there is a Horse and an Emptiness over here.

In this examination, we need to talk about the “View”. The “View” (Jing Men) actually stands for this exam paper. So, the exam paper is located in box number 8:

What happens when you are located in box number 8? The word “Kun” below the number is brown, which represents Earth (under the 5 elements). If you can see, the candidate (the son) is in box number 2, which is also under the element of Earth. So, Earth and Earth are actually in harmony together. We can say that the exam paper and the candidate are in harmony. Technically, it should not be very difficult for the candidate to take this exam paper.

Next, we are looking for an “Advisor” (Tian Fu) who is actually the examiner. It is in box number 6:

“Advisor” can go in any other boxes, so we have to locate it individually. “Advisor” (Tian Fu) in box number 6 is actually Metal (gray color). The Metal is always in box number 6, it would not change. The subject (the son) is Earth, and Earth produces Metal, which is under the concept of the five elements. It is said that the son is making an effort to please the examiner. Box number 2 produces box number 6. Technically, it is a good thing, but of course, the person would have to make some effort.

Next, we move on to another category, which is called the university. We need to find where the university is. Is the university able to help him?

In this particular example, we will see that this university is located in the Year stem:

The Year stem in this case is “Ji”. We need to find where “Ji” is. It is in box number 8 and it is Earth also:

So, the university is in harmony with the candidate. In this aspect, we can safely say that university is in harmony, the exam paper is in harmony, the candidate is very hardworking. He is also producing and making an effort to make sure that he is able to get things up. With this “Advisor” which is the examiners, in this aspect, we can safely say that the situation is pretty good. We can tell Mr. Joseph that his son will have a very high chance of getting into a university.

However, we also have to be very cautious about the words we say. Because we cannot say this is definitely 100% that the son is going to be in university.

This is not going to be the case. Always remember that Qi Men Dun Jia is a divination, a prediction, or a forecast that things will happen or not happen.

There is no such thing as 100%. What we can do is tell Mr. Joseph that his son’s chance to get into the university is very high. Never say that it is 100%, because there is no such thing as 100%. There are always other variations in this aspect where the other third party or surprising things that could happen.
