The second level is that sometimes if you want to go for an interview with the candidate, that means the candidate comes to your side or goes to the phone, you can also ask this question: “Is this candidate going to be successful in the interview for your client?”. You can also ask this kind of question: “What is the future? What is going to happen next? ” It is very interesting because last time I did not believe in such things seriously. Without even going through the 360 recruitment process at all, that would help you to save a lot of time.

Whoever has this information and whoever has this technology is going to be very strong in terms of finance and business growth. Because you are going to make fewer mistakes along the way. I do not say you will not make mistakes. You will still make mistakes because nothing is perfect. But you will reduce the number of cases whereby the client is not going to close the case for whatever reason.
