A leader also represents a noble man that means in Chinese we call quiren, so quiren can be in the form of money, assets, advices, or anything that give you a direction, that is telling you what to do in the long term. And of course we must understand that this quiren itself is not always people who are rich and famous or very influential, somebody just give you a direction, and then it can change your life, this can consider as quiren else or nobleman also.
