This is Dougles Chan again and Qi Men Dun Jia. Today, we are going to talk about hiring a sales manager. Should I hire this person?
Qi Men Dun Jia is a powerful tool that enables you to see a person’s character based on their Bazi which means their birthday is above time.
In this aspect, we are looking at this particular person who was born on October 28th, 1972, at 4:30 p.m. So, based on this person’s character, regardless of whether it is a male or female, we will actually look at the characteristics of this person and decide whether we should hire this person.
This case is being referred to me by a client, and they are wanting to hire this person. But they are not too sure. Let’s look into the details.
When we look at the Bazi of the character, using Qi Men Dun Jia, we will always look at the Day stem.
So, we have this “Ren”. When we make reference to Ren, we need to look at where this Ren is located in nine of the boxes. (See the example below).
In a person’s character in Bazi, there are two sides to the story. So, we have 2 boxes, including “Ren,” for 2 different sides of the character for this person.
Usually, what we do is that we take a look at the age in 1972, so the likelihood is that it will be 50 years old. In the latter part of his life, we will look at box number 2 over here.
When we look at box number 2, this will be our focus. These are the main characteristics of this person, who is a potential sales manager for this company.
Let’s look at this person’s character in a very specific manner.
So, he represents a good Leader and Life. But in the definition of Qi Men Dun Jia, Life (we call it Sheng men), equates to profits. At this event, if I was supposed to hire this person, he would make a profit and be a leader. Of course, having said that, we also have to see other specific characters. One thing I notice is that there is this box (the box number 9).
In box number 9, we have this “Xiu men”. We call it “Rest”.
Because of the 5 element in box 9, it is called “Fire.” In box number two, it is called Earth.
Fire actually produces Earth, which is to say that for this person, he can actually easily make a profit without exerting too much effort and activity. This person is potentially a money-generating person, which means he is able to generate a lot of profit for the company or for himself with very little effort. This is his life, his character, and what is likely going to happen in his life.
If we are going to hire this person, we will have to understand that this person likely will not work very hard, but there is also a likelihood that he will make a profit for the company. Therefore, in this aspect, I would recommend that this person, who was born on October 28th, 1972, at 4:30 p.m to be hired as a sales manager. However, bearing that in mind, because his life is always full of profit, it is likely that he might be a person that has done business before, or potentially a very good businessman next time if he has not started any business before.
So, if I see this person’s likelihood, I will hire him because I know that he is a very good leader and, in terms of profit-making, he is able to generate profit. Although I know that he is not going to work very hard (that is the negative point), as a whole, he should be a good leader to hire.
