For Qimen Divination, when we see a Fuyin Chart, it means that things are at a standstill, where the progress will be slow and not really moving, it also means that the entire process is going to be painful and draggy.
In a divination chart, under normal situation, if we sees a Fuyin chart, we will deduct that the question ask will likely not be fruitful.

This case study is related to tendering a project. A tendering project means that you are a supplier. You are doing a business, so you want to bid for a project in terms of a quotation.

You should not be going into it, but sometimes people will continue to do it.
